In many cases, yes — but it really depends on the scope and nature of the work. We’ll talk through the logistics during your consultation and make sure we find an approach that works for you and your household.
7. How do payments work?
We require a 50% deposit at the start of the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion. This helps us manage resources and keep your project running smoothly from start to finish.
8. What happens if something unexpected comes up?
We believe in clear communication — if any issues or changes arise during the project, we’ll discuss them with you promptly and transparently. We always do our best to avoid surprises and work efficiently to complete your project smoothly and on time.
9. Do you use subcontractors?
Our team manages and delivers the majority of work directly. When a project benefits from additional specialist support, we bring in trusted professionals we've worked with for years — always under our coordination and supervision.
